Amalia, LLC is a private chef, events, and culinary design business specializing in Latin and Spanish gourmet cuisine and culture for social or business gatherings.  We offer a fun gourmet culinary and cultural experience based on the traditional cuisines of Central and South America, the Latin Caribbean, Mexico and Spain.
