Embrace the colder months with some warm entertaining and food ideas with lots of flavor and style.  Join our next Culture through Cuisine event and Le Cordon Bleu chef Amalia Moreno-Damgaard for a fun cooking demonstration seasoned with cultural tidbits and spicy flavors.  Chef Amalia will present a menu with Central-South American and Caribbean zest paired with Latin wines. 

Chef Amalia fuses Classic Old World traditions and her New World roots with healthy cooking and professional chef services and soon, a cookbook of her own. She is founder of Amalia –Latin Gourmet with a cultural flair (www.AmaliaLLC.com), a private chef and events business specializing in Latin gourmet cuisine for social or business gatherings.  Chef Amalia’s work has gained recognition in the Twin Cities and has been prominently featured in many local magazines and other publications along with multiple TV appearances.
